Brandi Hamilton practices with Don Barrett, P.A. in Lexington, Mississippi, where she focuses on individual and class actions involving consumer protection and antitrust. Mrs. Hamilton is currently working on Bridgestone Americas, Inc. v. International Business Machines Corp., multiple pharmaceutical cases, and multiple food misbranding cases.
While in law school, Mrs. Hamilton externed at the Mississippi State Hospital where she conducted policy research on HIPAA and assisted in civil commitments. Mrs. Hamilton also externed at the Mississippi Center for Justice’s HIV Legal Aid Clinic where she assisted HIV positive individuals fight illegal discrimination, obtain health benefits, and learn about their legal rights. During her final year in law school, Mrs. Hamilton worked as the research assistant for Mississippi College School of Law’s Bioethics & Health Law Center under Associate Dean Jonathan F. Will.
Mrs. Hamilton lives in Lexington, Mississippi, with her husband and two dogs. She is an active member of the Lexington Rotary Club.
