Barrett Law Group Files Antitrust Class Action

May 3, 2011 – Today, Don Barrett and co-counsel filed an antitrust complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.  The case is class action and is styled Professional Drug Company, Inc. v. Wyeth, Inc.  The case is brought on behalf of all direct purchasers of Effexor XR, a drug sold by the Wyeth, Inc.
