September 14, 2011 – Barrett Law Group Files Prograf Antitrust Class Action
Today, members of the Barrett Law Group along with their co-counsel filed an antitrust class action in federal court in Massachusetts on behalf of The New Mexico United Food and Commercial Workers Union’s and Employers’ Health and Welfare Trust Fund and a class of indirect purchasers against Astellas Pharma US Inc. The suit contends Astellas has abused the generic drug application system to keep a cheaper rival of its Prograf drug from getting approved.
