Barrett Law Group Intervenes in Bank of America $8.8 Billion Settlement
August 30, 2011 – Today, Barrett Law Group filed a motion to intervene on behalf of borrowers in the Bank of America/Bank of New York Mellon litigation in New York. These borrowers simultaneously filed a separate class action complaint seeking an injunction to stop the implementation of the settlement, and to require the defendants to adopt servicing policies which meet industry standards and state and federal regulations.
