March 23, 2012 – Don Barrett Appointed Lead Counsel in Auto Harness MDL

Don Barrett was one of three attorneys appointed as lead counel in the In re Wire Harness Antitrust Litigation pending in the Eastern District of Michigan.  This nationwide antitrust litigation involves a decade long, multi-billion dollar price fixing conspiracy among several Japanese auto parts manufacturers.  The Barrett Law Group represents car dealers from around the country as indirect purchasers of the auto parts.  To view a copy of the press release and court’s order please click the links below.
