Don Barrett Is Trial Counsel in $95 Million Judgment
November 3, 2010, Boston, MA – Today, Judge Saris in of the US District Court of Massachusetts awarded Kaiser Health over $95 million in restitution based on Pfizer’s illegal marketing of the drug Neurontin. In March, Don Barrett was one of the lead attorneys in a trial which resulted ina $47 million jury verdict in Kaiser’s favor under the federal RICO statute.
