Final Order and Judgment

A final order has been entered today approving the class action settlement against Pilot Corporation for alleged fuel rebate fraud.  Don Barrett was appointed Co-Lead counsel in the case. Richard Barrett, Charles Barrett and Sterling Starns were also appointed as class counsel.  Pursuant to the settlement agreement, Pilot must repay each Class Member 100% of their unpaid rebates and discount per 6% interest (excluding previous amount voluntarily paid to class members by Pilot).
