BLG FILES MISSISSIPPI CLASS AGAINST FORD FOR FAULTY ENGINES

April 30, 2011-Barrett Law Group has filed a class action on behalf of Holmes County, and all others similarly situation, against Ford Motor Company for selling a faulty diesel engine designed by Navistar Corporation for the 6.0L engine series between 2004-2007.  The complaint alleges that the engines fail due to poor design and manufacture.  Often, the trucks are sidelined because of, among other items,  blown head gaskets, misfiring injectors and/or EGV components.     Richard Barrett is heading the case for Barrett Law Group.

The case will become part of the Multi-District Litigation #2333 which is located in the Northern District of Illinois.
