On December 29, 2011, Don Barrett of the Barrett Law Group filed an antitrust class action on behalf of Professional Drug Company, Inc. against Pfizer for its allegedly illegal efforts to keep generic versions of Lipitor, Pfizer’s blockbuster anti-cholesterol drug, off the market.
